In May 2021, Gojek and Tokopedia, the two highest valued internet unicorns in Indonesia, finally merged.
After the merger, the new entity GoTo became the largest internet conglomerate in Indonesia, offering ecommerce, on-demand services, such as ride-hailing and food delivery, and financial services. Although they will have a tough battle defending against Shopee and Grab, investors seem to be very confident about its upcoming IPO in both Indonesia and US.
As a lot of people are curious about what GoTo’s organisation is like and who are the executives, we compiled together the organisational chart to see how decisions will be made in the next few months.
The structure is continuously changing and we will keep a close look on it to see GoTo’s next steps.
We also did up a similar organisation structure of Shopee, check out the blog here.
This chart was exclusive for our impulso community last month, and we are happy to share it with all of you today. If you are interested in knowing about industry insights before everybody else, please join Impulso!
