Management Associate Programme (MAP)
We take sharp, curious people early in their careers and give them front-row access to how decisions get made in Asia’s digital economy.
Over time, many become the kind of operators, builders and leaders the rest of the ecosystem wants to hire.
Let’s be honest about what this is
MAP is less a graduate programme and more an apprenticeship in judgment.
Over roughly two years, you will work on real projects alongside experienced operators: flagship reports, advisory work with founders and investors, executive immersions across Asia and beyond, and Momentum Works Intelligence.
There is no sandbox. There is no simulated training environment. You learn by doing.
Some of our alumni have gone on to companies such as Google and Tesla, while others have joined startups, investors, or built businesses of their own.
We hope some people stay much longer. Many won’t. Either way, our goal is simple: to make you dramatically more capable than when you arrived.

Momentum Works today is very different from the company we were a few years ago.
Over the past several years, we have built recognised research franchises, a trusted community of founders and investors, executive immersion programmes across Asia and beyond, and Momentum Works Intelligence.
We are now building the next phase of the business – scaling our products, community and impact across Asia and beyond.

What you’ll actually do
- Sit inside real projects from week one – research, advisory, immersions, MWI. There is no training sandbox.
- Form views and defend them. We’ll tear them apart. You’ll get sharper.
- Use AI as a multiplier – and be the human who knows when it’s talking nonsense.
- Sit across the table from senior operators, investors and founders, and hold your own.
- Travel occasionally across Asia for research, client engagements, and immersion programmes.

The only requirement
We’re not screening on your degree, your GPA, or which tools you know. We expect you to be curious about AI and already experimenting with it. We can teach tools. We cannot teach curiosity.
We’re hiring for the one thing AI can’t do for us: judgment. Specifically
- You’re relentlessly curious about how Asia’s digital economy actually works.
- You form a view – and you’re honest enough to change it when you’re wrong.
- You don’t take a claim at face value. Including ours.
- You’re different, and you have a sense of humour about it.
