If you are a startup in Southeast Asia, and you would love to have exposure to telcos, industry funds, VC & PE investors from China, as well as the latest technological trends (think beyond 5G), please read on!

On 27 – 29 June, MWC Shanghai 2018 is bringing 4 Years From Now (4YFN) to Asia for the third time.

Yes the same MWC that takes place in Barcelona every February and where all the new, cool stuff gets revealed.

As a strategic partner for the Shanghai event, Momentum Works will host a half-day session on 28th June with invited guests, where we will go deep about the real tech/internet opportunities in Southeast Asia.

We encourage startups in this area to apply for this event and the competition (part of Asia Mobile Award), grasp the chance for rewards and future opportunities.

This is not one of the 5,000 startup pitch competitions you see everyday across Southeast Asia, where you get no more than a trophy plus some useless mentoring for winning.

This is real stuff – real exposure to investors (both strategic, industrial and financial), technological partners, potential telco clients (and distributors), and a lot of cutting-edge technologies.

Wait a minute, you still don’t know about 4YFN and MWC?  Here is a brief introduction for you:

The Mobile World Congress (MWC) is a combination of the world’s largest exhibition for the mobile industry and a conference featuring prominent executives representing mobile operators, device manufacturers, technology providers, vendors and content owners from across the world.

4 Years From Now (4YFN) is a startup business platform of GSMA and Mobile World Capital Barcelona that enables startups, investors, corporations and public institutions to discover, create and launch new ventures together, strengthening the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

MWC Shanghai 2018 is bringing 4YFN to Asia for the third time, continuously highlighting the key mega tech trends and exploring disruptive innovation with a complete programme for startups, investors and corporations devoted to boosting their disruptive businesses in the tech, mobile and digital ecosystem.  4YFN offers unique connecting initiatives, such as custom networking activities, inspirational talks, technical abilities workshops, community outreach and the startups & investors summit.
